Terms of Service

ToDraw generates step-by-step drawing tutorials from images you provide. Lessons are guidance for learning drawing technique; results vary by user.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if that age is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the images you upload. You confirm you own them or have the right to use them for learning purposes.

Your uploads stay yours. Uploading an image grants us only the limited license needed to process it and generate your lesson. We do not publish your uploads and do not use them to train AI models.

Generated lessons are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may keep, print, and share your lessons and the drawings you make from them.

ToDraw is an educational tool that teaches drawing technique and method. It does not grant you any rights to third-party artwork you upload, and it is not intended for reproducing or distributing copyrighted works.

You retain ownership of your own drawings. By publishing to community features (when available) you grant us a license to display that content within the Service.

The images you provide (“Input”) and the lessons generated from them (“Output”) are together your content. You are responsible for your use and distribution of both, including ensuring that your use of Output does not violate applicable law or the rights of others. Providing the Service does not constitute any confirmation by us that your Input or your use of Output is lawful or non-infringing.

ToDraw offers paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual). There is no free trial. Each plan includes a credit allowance. A lesson, a coloring page, and a generated picture consume credits as shown on the pricing page. Unused credits refresh with the billing period while a subscription is active. Credit packs may be purchased separately and do not expire while a subscription is active.

A daily fair-use cap applies as an anti-abuse ceiling, designed to cover normal personal learning. Automated or bulk generation is not permitted.

In-app purchases are billed through Apple or Google; web purchases through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.

You agree NOT to use the Service — whether by uploading an image, writing a description, or requesting a change to a picture — to:

• create or upload sexual or pornographic content, graphic violence, or anything otherwise illegal;
• create or upload any sexual or exploitative depiction of a person under 18 — real, fictional, or AI-generated — without exception;
• create intimate, sexualised, or nude imagery of a real person without that person’s consent, or alter a real person’s photo in a sexual or degrading way;
• create content that presents a real person in a way that could be taken for a genuine photograph or their real statements or conduct, or use anyone’s likeness to deceive, defraud, harass, or defame;
• upload images that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy (including photos of people taken or used without permission);
• use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to bypass generation or free-tier limits, or resell access to the Service;
• reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract its prompts or models.

Uploads, descriptions, and generated results are screened by automated moderation and may be rejected. We may remove content, limit or block generations, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund for the current billing period where the law allows. We may keep records of violations and of the content involved for as long as needed to prevent abuse, investigate, and comply with the law.

If community features are enabled, you must follow our content rules. We may remove content and provide tools to report or block users.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at info@todraw.app (the agent’s name and postal address will be published here before public release). Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who provided it, and accept counter-notices as provided by law. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The Service is provided “as is”. Lessons are generated by artificial intelligence: steps and images may contain errors, artifacts, or inaccuracies and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or to faithfully reproduce your reference image. Generated content may unintentionally resemble existing works; verifying that your use of a lesson does not infringe third-party rights is your responsibility. Generated lessons are learning guidance, not professional art instruction; results vary by user. If a generated lesson is unsatisfactory, use the Regenerate option.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToDraw, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of the images you upload, your use or distribution of generated lessons, or your breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToDraw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
